The A89500 is a fast-switching 100 V half-bridge N-channel MOSFET gate driver.  It is specifically designed for applications with high power inductive loads, such as brush DC motors, solenoids, and actuators and is compatible with 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V power networks. Internal logic prevents the gate drive outputs from turning on simultaneously, preventing cross-conduction. Each MOSFET is controlled by an independent logic-level input compatible with 3.3 V and 5V logic.

The A89500 can be placed in a low-power sleep mode by a third discrete input. It requires a single 8 to 15 V supply to power the gate drivers.  A89500 comes with both Automotive and ICC Grade and is packaged in a tiny 3 by 3 DFN to reduce PCB size.
