ACS37002 是具有极高精度的 400 kHz 全集成霍尔效应电流传感器，对要求最苛刻功率转换应用的控制回路也非常适合。电流流经内部导体，将产生的磁场耦合到霍尔传感器 IC。由于电流与 IC 之间没有物理连接，因此实现了高压隔离。电流由两个霍尔板差分感应，这些霍尔板屏蔽了干扰的外部共模磁场。该传感器在工厂进行了微调，以在整个工作范围内提供高精度，而无需用户编程。

传感器具有模拟输出和参考输出，可在嘈杂环境中保证信号完整性。还包括一个快速过流故障输出，用户可通过模拟输入引脚对阈值进行配置，从而提供短路检测并增强系统保护。该传感器以单一器件提供两路逻辑输入，还具有四个用户可选的增益，而无需额外的组件。这为设计人员提供了灵活性，对于需要不同电流检测范围的系统，可将总物料清单最小化。

ACS37002 采用三种不同的 SOICW-16 封装：

  • LA 封装经过优化，灵敏度更高，噪声更低； 
  • MA 封装提供 4.8 kVrms 的高度隔离；
  • MC 封装是我们最新的封装，同时具有 0.27 mΩ 的同类最佳导体电阻和 5 kVrms 的最高隔离额定值，适用于需要超低功率损耗和高强化隔离的应用。
  • 宽工作带宽：400 kHz
  • 内部导体电阻低至 0.27 mΩ（MC 封装）
  • 在 -40 至 125ºC 温度范围内灵敏度误差为 1% （KMA 版本）
  • 引脚可选增益选项 (4)
  • 快速过流检测：最大响应时间 1.5 µs
