Corporate Social Responsibility

We extend our environmental commitment by encouraging our employees to be aware of the impacts created by their business activities, and to participate in volunteer and community efforts that improve the local environment.  In support of these efforts, we offer organized company volunteer days and community service projects. Some of these activities include:

  • Participation in the international celebration of Earth Day. As part of this event, employees and their family members are invited to assist in clean-up activities in local neighborhoods. These activities improve the local environment and increase awareness of our environmental responsibilities.
  • Hosting annual collection drives and on-site support opportunities for local food banks, veteran assistance programs, animal shelters, and children’s support programs.
  • Sponsoring employee and family participation in fundraising events like the Cigna Corporate 5K and FIT Walk Against Hunger.
  • Joining with the Bantay Kalikasan Foundation to adopt and plant mangrove trees as part of the Save the La Mesa Watershed Project in and around our Philippines location.
  • Conserving resources through a company-wide recycling program for many types of items including paper, cardboard, ink and toner cartridges, bottles/cans/food containers, batteries, pallets, metal items, chemical containers, pump oil, thermocouples, computers, fluorescent lamps, wafers, and scrap devices.
