A89500

The A89500 is a robust and efficient solution for driving high-power inductive loads up to 100V, such as solenoids, actuators, and brush DC motors. It features independent MOSFET control, cross-conduction protection, and a low-power sleep mode. Available in automotive and commercial grades. Its compact 3x3 DFN package minimizes PCB space.
