The ACS37220 is offered in two package options.

The small footprint 7-pin “EZ” package is a 4x4mm QFN with wettable flank and features a low internal conductor resistance of 100 μΩ for low power loss and high inrush current withstand capability. This package is designed to measure currents up to 200A and is suitable for applications requiring an isolation voltage below 100V.

The widebody fused-lead SOIC-6 “MZ” package measures currents up to 60A and supports a similar Reinforced Isolation rating to comparable SOICW-16 packages in just half the size. This package supports up to 565VRMS Reinforced Isolation and 1097VRMS Basic Isolation.
