The A89347 is a three-phase, sensorless fan driver IC ideal for whisper-quiet operation in automotive applications such as seat cooling fans, HVAC blowers, and other thermal management systems. The device includes closed-loop speed control with sinusoidal drive to minimize vibration and noise, and  integrates EEPROM customization to enable optimized performance and efficiency.

The A89347 is your solution for silent, efficient, and customizable fan control. This integrated circuit (IC) drives three-phase, sensorless fans, eliminating the need for bulky and costly Hall effect sensors. Its sinusoidal drive technology minimizes vibration and audible noise, making it perfect for noise-sensitive applications.

Experience sinusoidal modulation and closed-loop spped control with smooth, virtually silent fan operation.  Integrated EEPROM allows tailoring of the fan speed curve to your exact needs, and built-in protection features safeguard against overcurrent, overvoltage, and lock conditions. The A89347 is AEC-Q100 qualified for demanding automotive applications, like seat cooling fans and automotive pumps.
