Linear Hall-Effect Sensor IC with Analog Output, in Ultramini Through-Hole Package
The ALS31001LUAA device is a miniature programmable linear Hall-effect sensor IC that operates at 3.3 V.
This device is an ideal solution for use in automotive and industrial applications requiring high accuracy and operation across an extended temperature range, –40°C to 150°C.
Target applications include:
Anti-tamper for metering applications
EPS - Torque sensing
EPS - Angle sensing (2 devices are used, rotated 90° relative to each other
Transmission - for position sensing
QVO temperature coefficient programmed at Allegro for improved accuracy
High-bandwidth, low-noise analog output
High-speed chopping scheme minimizes QVO drift across operating temperature range
Temperature-stable quiescent voltage output and sensitivity
Precise recoverability after temperature cycling
