Vineet Nargolwala is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Microsystems and serves as a member of its board of directors. He has held these positions since June 2022. Allegro Microsystems (NASDAQ: ALGM) is a global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions for E-Mobility and Clean Energy applications. Through its innovations, Allegro is helping customers make breakthrough advancements in areas like advanced mobility, clean energy, and factory automation. Vineet brings over 25 years of experience leading automotive and industrial technology businesses and transforming them for growth. As CEO, Vineet is leading the Allegro team towards the next phase of its growth journey.
Vineet also serves on the board of Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) and on its Audit and Finance committees. Prior to joining the Allegro, Vineet spent over nine years at Sensata Technologies in various executive roles and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sensing Solutions- a $2B business group serving Industrial, Aerospace, Transport and Clean Energy markets. Prior to Sensata, he was with Honeywell International Inc. for almost a decade in business strategy and P&L leadership roles of increasing responsibility. He started his career as an electrical engineer working in wireless communications at Nortel Networks.
Vineet earned an MBA from Cornell University, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda, India.
