AHV85000 与 AHV85040 双芯片组可以为 GaN FET 隔离式栅极驱动器提供成本优化的解决方案。在与建议的外部变压器之一组合使用时，它可以提供自供电的隔离式栅极驱动解决方案，是多种应用和拓扑结构中 GaN FET 的理想之选。有多种建议的第三方变压器可供选择，每种变压器都针对不同的驱动电压和栅极电荷特性进行了优化，包括 E 模式 GaN（6 V 驱动）和级联型 GaN（12 V 驱动）。

芯片组可通过外部变压器传输 PWM 信号和栅极偏置电源，无需任何外部栅极驱动辅助偏置电源或高侧自举电路。如此就能大大简化系统设计，并通过降低的总共模 (CM) 电容来减少 EMI。另外，它还允许在开关电源拓扑中的任意位置上驱动浮动开关。
